District No.3. This District is bounded on the North by Tillan Burn as far east as Jersey Bridge. On the East by the Lands of Bowhousebog. On the South by the South Calder. And on the West by the road leading from Newmains to Newhouse : containing the Village of Greenhill.
This District contains also the recently built Village or Hamlet of Cityside.

This Division is bounded on the North by the boundary of the parish : on the East by the Road leading from Dewshills to Forrestfield on the South by the Glasgow and Edinburgh Turnpike Road and on the West by the Road leading from Easter Moffat Lodge (north) to Duntilland farm House. This division to include Moffat Mansion House and the two lodges.

This Division is bounded on the North and West by the boundary of the Parish, on the east by the road leading from Easter Moffatt Lodge to Duntilland on the South by Shotts Burn; exclusive of Easter Moffatt House and the two lodges. Contains the Village of Gartness.

This division bounded on the North & East by the boundary of the Parish and on the West by the Road leading from Forrestfield to Dewshills & on the South by the small burn flowing from Treesbanks House eastwards to Southrigg Farmhouse this Division consists almost wholly of Farmhouses.
Contains the Village of Forrestfield.
