1854 Patrick and Margaret married in December 1854 in Glasgow according to several birth registrations but I see no suitable entry in the on-line indexes. (RC or OPR)

John born in 1859 at Cleland, married Sarah Houston in 1890 and died in 1904. Mary born in 1862 at Omoa Iron Works, last sighting 1891. Catherine born in 1864 at Omoa Iron Works and died in 1865. Elizabeth born in 1867 at Omoa Iron Works and died in 1869. Ann born in 1870 at Omoa Square and died in 1876.

Her birth was registered No.279 at Shotts on December 27 by Patt McCaffry, Father.
1857 Francis McCaffray was born at 3h0m a.m. on Wednesday, August 26 at Omoa Iron Works to Margaret McCaffray m.s. Shearan and Patrick McCaffray, Wood Sawyer. His birth was registered No.219 at Shotts on September 12 by Patt McCaffray, Father, Present.
Francis married Ellen Lafferty in 1884 in Cleland.
1859 John McCaffry was born at 11h30m p.m. on Wednesday, June 8 at Cleland to Margaret McCaffry m.s. Shiren and Patrick McCaffry, Sawyer. His birth was registered No.157 at Shotts on June 28 by Patt McCaffry, Father, Present.
John married Sarah Houston in 1890 in Cleland.

1864 Catharine McCaffrey was born at 7h0m p.m. on Friday, April 22 at Omoa Iron Works to Margaret McCaffrey m.s. Shearin and Patrick McCaffrey, Sawyer who married in December, 1854 in Glasgow. Her birth was registered No.88 at Shotts on July 19 by Patt McCaffrey, Father, Present.
Sadly, Catherine died the following year.
1865 Catherine McCaffry, Single, died at 8h0m p.m. on Monday, November 20 at Omoa Iron Works, age 21 months, of (a) Whooping Cough, as certified by John T. Barrie, M.D. Her parents are recorded as Patrick McCaffry, Sawyer and Margaret McCaffry m.s. Shearin. Her death was registered No.68 at Shotts on the following day by John McCaffry, A Neighbour, Uncle, Present.
1867 Elizabeth McCaffry was born at 6h30m a.m. on Tuesday, January 8 at Omoa Iron Works to Margaret McCaffry m.s. Shearan and Patrick McCaffry, Sawyer who married in December, 1854 in Glasgow. Her birth was registered No.16 at Shotts on January 28 by Patt McCaffry, Father, Present.
Sadly, Elizabeth died before her third birthday.
1869 Elizabeth McCaffrey, Single, died at 6h0m a.m. on Monday, November 29 at Omoa Iron Works, age 3 years, of Scarlet Fever after 8 days, no regular Medical Attendant. Her parents are recorded as Robert McCaffray [sic], Sawyer and Margaret McCaffrey m.s. Shearan. Her death was registered No.87 at Shotts on the following day by John Glen, Coal Miner, A Neighbour.
1870 Ann McCaffry was born at 9h0m p.m. on Tuesday, December 13 at Omoa Square to Margaret McCaffry m.s. Shearan and Patrick McCaffry, Labourer at Coal Pit who married in December, 1854 in Glasgow. Her birth was registered No.1 at Shotts on January 2 by Patrick McCaffry, "his X mark", Father.
Sadly, Ann died in 1876.

His parents are recorded as Francis McCafferty, Labourer and Mary McCafferty m.s. McMallon, both deceased. His death was registered No.20 at Cleland on June 22 by Francis McCafferty, "his X mark", Son, Present.
