Tom and Margaret came up to Glasgow for a short holiday while Hilda & George were elsewhere as
guests of George’s former employers.
These shots were taken on a day out to the Trossachs.
(My father thinks somewhere along the road from Loch Katrine to Callander “by the banks of the
Forth”).
Both our prints and those in George and Hilda’s Collection are dated July 1984 but there is a
diary entry
for Monday, 6 August Mgt & Tom coming and for Tuesday 14 August Mgt &
Tom back to Manchester.
