Men in Uniform

From the available evidence, I deduce that Pat Dowd and his brother Denis both served in the Royal Horse Artillery during the First World War. I don't know who was in the Veterinary Hospital.

It looks as if Pat was employed at the military hospital at Bangour before he was called up.

358R "I met Fr Geary in Bangour
on Wed he stood me a packet of
Woodbine & was enquiring after you."

"Lena, These are some of our
patients in Bangour. I met a
Cashel man named O'Grady
on Wed. He belongs to the
Irish Guards. Am going to take
him up the Irish Truth Book.
We are getting lovely weather. P."

[probably Pat Dowd]

[Nothing on this one, I'm guessing that it also is Bangour.]

749 It looks like the RHA cap badge but I don't recognise anyone unless it's Denis Dowd sitting behind the telescope.

751 Could be anyone.
