Gunn and Bernard McCaffrey, Labourer in Iron Works who married in 1850 in the Parish of Kileven [Kileevan], County Monaghan, Ireland. His birth was registered No.76 at Shotts on April 3 by Bernard McCaffrey, Father, Present.
1861 April 7 The family were living at No.2 Old Store, Shotts Iron Works, in a house with 2 windowed rooms and one child at school (it says).
