1866 James McKerragher was born at 11h45m a.m. on Monday, February 26 at 121 Gartsherrie [,Coatbridge] to Helen McKerragher m.s. Ward and Daniel McKerragher, Furnaceman who married on August 8 [sic], 1860 in County Antrim, Ireland. His birth was registered No.149 at Old Monkland on March 5 by Daniel McKerragher, "his X mark", Father.

His birth was registered No.297 at Faulds, Baillieston on December 1 by Daniel McArechar, "his X mark", Father.

She was baptised (as Elizabeth McKerracher) in December (day not visible) by Fr. George McBrearty in the parish of St. Paul's, Eastmuir with sponsors Daniel McKerracher and Mary Martin.
c1876 Daniel was born at Clyde Iron Works, allegedly. I couldn't find a reasonable birth registration [not 1877 Camlachie 644/2-402], nor could I find an appropriate entry for his baptism in the index.

1891 On Thursday, December 31, Patrick O'Hara and Jane McKerracher were married at St. Paul's R.C. Church, Shettleston after Publication according to the Forms of the Roman Catholic Church. The marriage was registered No.7 at Shettleston on January 4, 1892.
Patrick was a Bachelor, gave his age as 31, occupation Brick Maker and usual residence 31 Easterhill Street, Tollcross. His parents are recorded as Alexander O'Hara, Labourer (deceased) and Sarah O'Hara, previously McDowall, m.s. Quin.
Jane was a Spinster, gave her age as 30, occupation Bleacher and usual residence also 31 Easterhill Street, Tollcross. Her parents are recorded as Daniel McKerracher, Furnaceman and Ellen McKerracher m.s. Ward.
The celebrant was Joseph Van Hecke and the witnesses were Hugh Montague and Ellen McKerracher.
1892 Agnes married Patrick Carroll on Thursday, November 3 at St. Paul's, Shettleston. [See Section CA2-7-3 for further information.]
1898 Helen McCarragher, married to Daniel McCarragher, Labourer, died at 4h15m p.m. on Saturday, January 15 at 34 Easterhill Street, Tollcross, age 55 years, of Angina Pectoria after 7 days, as certified by H.J. Cosgrove, Physician. Her parents are recorded as James Ward, School Teacher and Jane Ward m.s. Lock, both deceased. Her death was registered No.21 at Shettleston on January 17 by Daniel McCarragher, "his X mark", Widower, Present.
1901 March 31 Daniel, some of his children and his widowed son-in-law Patrick Carroll with his children were living at 34 Easterhill Street, Tollcross in a house with two windowed rooms.
